SHE IS A NAPOLEON..A CROSS BETWEEN A MUNCHKIN ( THE ORIGINAL SHORT LEGGED CAT) AND AN EXOTIC SHORTHAIRED. ( A PERSIAN OFFSPRING WHO IS SHORTHAIRED.) IF ANYONE IN DOGS IS LOST ON THIS, I UNDERSTAND. THE DWARF FEATURES ARE DOMINANT AND THE LONG FEATURE IS RECESSIVE. THEREFORE, IN ORDER TO BREED "TRUE" ie : SHORT LEGGED LONG HAIRED CATS WITH SWEET FACES...I should breed this queen to a PERSIAN. The double dwarf gene is non life sustaining. Therefore, any surviving offspring would have not only short legs ( highly desirable) but there would be long legged cats in the mix...This cat is the reincarnation of a cat I had for 25 years. I do believe that coat color and length have an influence on temperament. This cat is bought five years after the death of my 25 year old beloved pet who was bought out of a shelter..and who went with me everywhere and was the best cat I ever had. When she died..I said.
